And they’re off! My third Cleanse and Reboot group this year is embarking on their week long Cleanse Programme. Following a briefing session last week and a 3-4 day pre-cleanse preparation period, they are ready to re-energise, kickstart fat loss, improve digestion, clear minds and improve skin health.
The programme involves a naturopathic cleanse, targeting all the major detoxification organs using targeted herbs and supplements, as well as including and excluding certain foods, dry skin brushing, green juices and colonic hydrotherapy ( not obligatory but extremely helpful).
Key to the process is being part of a team. The group is supported via WhatsApp with tips, advice and articles provided by me on a daily basis. The group quickly bonds and supports each other, keeping everyone motivated throughout the Cleanse!

I have learned so much about nutrition and how the body metabolises food.
