Teaming up with Blitz Fitness Outdoor Training for the third time in discussing the amazing power of gut microbes and their influence on everything from digestion, immunity, mood, skin health and body composition. I also discussed ways of recognising if your gut needs support as well as outlining strategies to improve gut health and function.
Another lively workshop and everyone sampled a selection of gut friendly foods and drinks; everything from kefir and pickled vegetables to tempeh and kombucha ! Thanks again to Lara and Karen from Blitz.
